ユトレヒトの「Hoog Catharijne」にあるスターバックス／Starbucks in Hoog Catharijne, Utrecht

「Hoog Catharijne」と言うショッピングセンターで、新しいスターバックスがある！
自分のコップを持っていたら、飲み物は0.30ユーロ安くなる（40円ぐらい）。
家から一番大きなコップを持ってきた！大きなビールのコップはスターバックスのMサイズ。隣の綺麗なコップにはSサイズが入れた。

In winkelcentrum Hoog Catharijne is recent een nieuwe Starbucksvestiging geopend.
Als je je eigen beker meeneemt, krijg je 30 cent korting op je drankje.
Dus ik heb van huis de grootste beker meegenomen die we hadden, en dat was het Heinekenglas. Hier paste een “M” in. In de mooie beker die ernaast op de tafel staat, paste een “S”.

Recently, a new Starbucks opened in Hoog Catharijne shopping centre.
When you bring your own cup, you get a 0.30 euro discount.
So I brought the largest cup with me from home, which was a Heineken beer glass. A Starbucks “M” size fit into that one! In the pretty cup next to the beer glass, a Starbucks “S” size fit well.

アムステルダムの「Hotel Central Park」 / “Hotel Central Park” in Amsterdam

仕事のために２泊アムステルダムのホテル「Hotel Central Park」で泊まった。
１泊目は303番の部屋で泊った。そんなに良くない部屋だった：ヘアドライヤーの容器と椅子で黴があった・・・でも、ベッドで良く寝てて、シャワーの水も温かくて良かった！
次の日は他の部屋で泊った：5番の部屋。この部屋はとっても綺麗だった！前の部屋よりも広い、戸棚もあって、黴もなかった。
両方の部屋で電気ケトルとコップと紅茶と砂糖があったけど、5番の部屋の電気ケトルは303番の部屋よりも小さかった。
インターネットは両方の部屋でコネクションがとても悪かったから、使えなかった。
朝ご飯は美味しかった！沢山の食べ物があった：パン、ヨーグルト、パンケーキ、果物、紅茶、ジュース、コーヒーなど。金曜日の朝で私以外誰もいなかったから、写真を撮れた。

Vanwege mijn werk verbleef ik twee nachten in een hotel in Amsterdam, namelijk in “Hotel Central Park“.
De eerste nacht sliep ik in kamer 303. Het was niet de beste kamer: de stop in de wasbak miste en er zat schimmel op de stoel en op de haardrogerhouder in de badkamer. Voor de rest sliep het bed wel lekker en de douche werkte goed.
De tweede nacht sliep in kamer 5. Deze kamer was supermooi in vergelijking met de vorige kamer! Er was meer ruimte, een kledingkast, en nergens schimmel.
In beide kamers stond er een waterkoker met kopjes, theezakjes en suiker, al was de waterkoker in kamer 5 iets kleiner.
Het internet was in beide kamers wel heel slecht.
Het ontbijt was wel uitgebreid en lekker: brood, yoghurt, pannenkoekjes, fruit, thee, sap, koffie, etc. Ik was op vrijdagochtend de eerste in de ontbijtzaal, dus toen heb ik deze foto’s genomen.

Because of my job, I stayed two nights in a hotel in Amsterdam: Hotel Central Park.
On the first night, I stayed in room 303. It wasn’t the best room: the sink stopper in the sink was missing, and there was mold on the hair dryer holder in the bathroom and on the chair. However, the bed was nice to sleep on and the shower worked well.
The second night I stayed in room 5. This room was super nice in comparison to the other room! There was more space, a wardrobe, and no mold at all.
Both rooms contained an electric kettle with cups, tea bags and sugar, though the kettle in room 5 was slightly smaller.
The wifi was quite bad in both rooms, though.
Breakfast offered a lot of choices and tasted good: bread, yoghurt, pancakes, fruit, tea, juice, coffee, etc. On Friday morning I was the first person in the breakfast room, so then I took these photos.

アムステルダムのレストラン「Helder」／Restaurant “Helder” in Amsterdam

アムステルダムで「Helder」と言うレストランで食べに行った。
普通のオランダ料理だった。三人で肉、魚、と鳥の夕ご飯を食べた。
メニューが1ヶ月半で変わるけど、この写真は前のメニューからの食べ物。
今回は美味しかったから、次のメニューも美味しいと思う！

In Amsterdam zijn we met drie personen bij restaurant Helder wezen eten.
De menukaart is gewoon Nederlands eten. Wij hadden zowel een vis-, vlees- als kipgerecht besteld (ieder één bord).
Het menu wijzigt elke anderhalve maand, dus deze foto’s zijn van het vorige menu.
Aangezien dit allemaal goed smaakte, verwacht ik dat het volgende menu ook vol met lekkere gerechten zal staan!

In Amsterdam we went to eat at restaurant Helder with three people.
The menu contains just normal Dutch food. We ordered dishes with meat, fish and chicken (each of us took one kind).
Every six weeks, the content of the menu changes. So the dishes on the photos below are of the previous menu.
However, that was quite delicious, so I think the next menu will be as well!

ユトレヒト駅の無料図書館／”Boekspot Hoog Catharijne” in Utrecht / Book spot at Utrecht Central Station

今年の２月まで、ユトレヒト駅で、小さな図書館があった。本当の図書館じゃない：ここは無料で本を持って行くことと置いておくことが出来た。
ユトレヒト駅（電車）から「Hoog Catharijne」と言うショッピングセンターへ歩いて、この「Boekspot」と言う小さな図書館が見えた。

Op Utrecht Centraal was er tot in februari van dit jaar ook een minibieb, namelijk “Boekspot Hoog Catharijne“! Dit is natuurlijk geen echte bibliotheek, maar een plek waar je gratis boeken mee kon nemen en neer kon zetten.
Je kwam erlangs als je vanaf het treinstation van Utrecht Centraal richting winkelcentrum Hoog Catharijne liep.

At Utrecht Central Station there was also a Little Library, called “Boekspot Hoog Catharijne”, but it was removed in February of this year. This is not a real library, but a place where you could take books with you for free, and also leave your own books behind.
You passed this Boekspot when you walked from Utrecht Central Station (train station) to the Hoog Catharijne shopping centre.

アムステルダムの「CHI SUSHI＆BITES」のレストラン／”CHI Sushi & Bites” restaurant in Amsterdam

夕ご飯でアムステルダムのお寿司レストランに行った：「CHI SUSHI & BITES」。
嵐があった日だったから、私たち以外誰もいなかった。
お寿司はとても美味しかった！
ソースは中国料理のソースだったけど、醤油とマヨネーズは日本の。
紅茶袋も面白かった。

In Amsterdam hebben we bij het sushi-restaurant “CHI Sushi & Bites” gegeten.
Omdat het op die dag nogal stormde, was er behalve ons verder niemand.
De sushi was wel superlekker!
De sausjes waren Chinees, behalve de sojasaus en de mayonaise, die waren wel Japans.
En de zakjes/doosjes waar de thee inzat, zagen er ook erg leuk uit.

In Amsterdam we ate at the sushi restaurant “CHI Sushi & Bites“.
Because the weather was quite stormy that day, there were no other visitors except for us.
However, the sushi was very delicious!
The sauces were Chinese, except for the soy sauce and mayonnaise, those were Japanese.
And the little bags/boxes containing the tea, were very nice-looking as well!

デュッセルドルフのレストラン「オトモ・スシ」／ “Otomo sushi” in Düsseldorf

2017年12月には「オトモ・スシ」と言うデュッセルドルフのお寿司レストランに行った。とっても美味しかった！
オキニイと言うレストランの近くけど、全然混んでいない・・・
魚も海苔もお茶もとても美味しかった。

In december vorig jaar zijn we gaan eten in het sushi-restaurant “Otomo Sushi” in Düsseldorf. Het was echt superlekker!
Dit restaurant ligt vlakbij Okinii, maar het was helemaal niet druk…
Zowel de vis als het zeewier als de thee waren heel erg lekker, echt een aanrader dus 🙂

In December of last year, we went to the sushi restaurant “Otomo Sushi” in Düsseldorf. The food there was very delicious!
This restaurant is very close to Okinii, but not crowded at all…
The fish, seaweed and tea all tasted very well, so we’d recommend this restaurant 🙂

ヒュロッレ戦：オランダ対スペイン（8）／De Slag om Grolle: Nederland tegen Spanje (8) / The Battle of Grolle: The Netherlands against Spain (8)

２年毎、ヒュルンロー街は過去の街に変わる。10月で１つの週末に1627年の街に変わる。1627年にはヒュロッレ戦があったから。
スペインの軍隊はヒュロッレを掴んだけど、フレデリック・ヘンドリックとオランダの軍隊はこのヒュロッレを掴みたくて、スペイン軍隊と戦って勝った。
1627年の同じところで、去年も戦いがあった。
今日の写真で、戦いが終わった。オランダ軍隊が勝った！

In Groenlo verschuift de tijd elke twee jaar een weekend naar het verleden. Om precies te zijn naar 1627, het jaar waarin de Slag om Grolle plaatsvond.
Omdat het Spaanse leger Grolle bezet hield, ging Frederik Hendrik van Oranje hier in 1627 met het Staatse Leger op af om Grolle terug te veroveren.
Op dezelfde plaats als toen, werd de Slag om Grolle nagespeeld.
Vandaag de laatste foto’s: de strijd is voorbij. Het Nederlandse leger heeft gewonnen!

Once every two years, the village of Groenlo travels to the past for one weekend. To be exact, to the year 1627: the year in which the Battle of Grolle took place.
Because the Spanish army had occupied Grolle, Frederick Henry and the Dutch State Army went there and fought against the Spaniards to get Grolle back into Dutch hands.
At the same place, the Battle of Grolle was re-enacted this weekend.
Today’s photos are the last: the battle is over. The Dutch army has won!

1627年の同じところで、去年も戦いがあった。
